Job Description

Role Purpose:The function of the Call center representative is to provide customer care and service, through providing necessary information and taking requests.? ? 1. Customer Service:

• Provides client with Information by explaining procedures; answering questions; answering questions.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
• Manages and resolves customer complaints
• Sell products and place customer orders in the system
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process orders, forms, and application
• Route calls to appropriate resources

? ? ?2. Reporting:

• Complete call logs and reports
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

? ? ?Necessary Knowledge and Experience:Brief/if any experience in customer facing functions. Able to Communicatein both (Arabic and English)
