Job Description

-Fantastic work cultureOur client is seeking an HR Clerk to provide essential support to our Human Resources department in their day-to-day operations.The JobYour responsibilities will include:The full spectrum of compensation and benefits function.Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Companys philosophy and guidelines.Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.Performing salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.Providing support on offer management as required.Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits.Ensuring the Companys treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes.Liaising with IT vendors on system implementation & supporting User Acceptance testing.Driving regular reviews and supporting implementation of HR system upgrades or patches when required.Evaluating and implementing tools to help maintain data integrity.Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.Working with various internal stakeholders to handle payroll related inquiries and resolving any issues or errors in a timely manner.Maintaining all statutory compliance with respect to payroll.The full life-cycle of recruitment for recent graduates and early career candidates, including intake sessions, event planning, on-campus recruiting, screening, and interviews.Acting as the primary point of contact for graduate level candidates, educational institutions and the business.Ideal CandidateYou ideally possess solid experience in Payroll and Graduate Recruitment.You have good knowledge of Other ATS or other similar systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardRef: ZN0R9FZBS0 Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
