On a behalf of a high profile client, we are looking for a Senior quantity surveyorto be hired in Makkah. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Bachelors degree
• Native Arabic speaker
• Minimum 15 years of experience from date of obtaining graduation degree.
• The degree must be Bachelor of Engineering (no BSc)
• Full Member of the RICS or CIOB or AACE. (Working towards APC or APC, or Associate not acceptable).
• Based in Makkah full time.
• Able to enter and live in Makkah.
• Worked for reputable QS companies.
• Has experience letters for all the years worked as quantity surveyor.
• Experience in GCC
