Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling: Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends. Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant: Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. • Accomplish the daily assigned duties and achieve the sales objective
• Provide professional customer services and interacts with customer to build strong customer relationships
• Increase the customer database by capturing as much customers information as possible
• Communicate well with customers and colleagues at all levels
• Display merchandise in accordance with Companys guidelines and ensure all merchandise on display are properly priced, labeled, signed and in good condition
• Perform daily stock count accurately and efficiently
• Ensure that Store is clean and tidy in all aspects
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Secondary school graduate or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant sales & customer services experience in fashion retail
• Pleasant, outgoing and eager to interact with different levels of customers
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
