NOK Human Capital is hiring a very active REGIONAL ON-PREMISE MANAGER (OUTSIDE REGIONS) for one of the most well known multinational companies in FMCG.Responsibility for breaking down and˙implementing the national business plan in the assigned region (Alexandria, Delta, and Red Sea).Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team. Lead and coach all direct˙reports in a motivational way for increased productivity and engagement.˙Support and enable field teams to implement tools and concepts.Permanent observation of market trends and active search for new business opportunities in the marketCarry out ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs and reporting tool database˙with an insight into action mentality.?Initiatives and concepts (from events to experiences, incentives and others) that increase share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue (bar) staff, decision makers, owners and influencers, all resulting into increased sales.Ensure a strong and effective network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities.Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product especially in front of On Premise teams and network.Location: New Cairo
