Position: EHS LeadReports to: Group Head - SustainabilityBase location: Zambia (Lusaka)The EHS Lead is an important role in the organization to achieve the implementation of Industry best practices in the domain of QEHS, fitting in the larger Sustainability goal of the organization. The company has set itself the target of being an industry leader in the implementation of such practices and requires a dynamic leader to achieve this goal.Primary responsibilities:EHS Management? Establish, implement, communicate, and maintain organization EHS policies, procedures, processes in compliance with internal standards and ISO requirementsEHS/Sustainability Performance Monitoring? Develop necessary data monitoring templates for EHS performance monitoring of the sites? Review the data received from the sites and ensure compliance from the sitesTravel:? The position shall be based in Zambia and will require travel to neighbouring countries of the company operations
