This position is responsible for the preparation of construction exhibits, processing cost estimates and LeaseOutline Drawings as well as related plans for lease exhibits. The Tenant Coordinator works closely withinternal colleagues across departments and with the tenant?s representatives to ensure that constructionprojects are progressing on time and within budget and in a manner that strengthens the firm?s relationshipwith the Tenants and other external stakeholders.This position will be responsible for:1. Tracking and reporting exchanges of plans and information with the tenants2. Monitoring key dates for compliance with Tenant Leases3. Reviewing all tenant plans along with the Project Manager and will work with Project Manager andStudio4. Working with the Project Manager and Lease Administration on the delivery of tenant spaces
