• Be the face of the restaurant in welcoming guests into a premium food experience
• Provide precise information on guest queries by establishing a strong knowledge about the facilities, menu, policies, useful information?of the restaurant, its daily events & Malta occasions in the most courteous way
• Maintain a?complete?and?updated?knowledge?of?all?the?foods?and?beverages,?outlets, services and hours of operation
• Liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and offer support
