Construction Materials Manufacturing ,Our Client , a part of Big Business Conglomerate , a leading company in Libya for Construction Materials Manufacturing ( factory ) , is looking for GM (General Manager )Job Purpose :Management of the company at all levels and ensure the achievement of the objectives of the company set by the Board of Directors and communicate with all departments to follow up the implementation of plans, programs and policies and work in cooperation with all departments to develop the company's business and achieve the vision and general objectives.Requirements :1. Master of Business Administration or equivalent2. At least seven years of management experience3. Knowledge of the laws, regulations and legislations that govern the work in the company4. Knowledge of technical terms used in the field of electronic industries and renewable energies5. Knowledge of different quality systems, especially in electronic industries and renewable energies6. Communication skills and communication with others.7. Ability to solve problems and make decisions.8. Negotiation skills.9. Human relations skills10. Presentation skills11. Ability to innovate and develop skills.12. The ability to work under pressure.13. Dealing well with computer programs and office equipment.
