A reputable company located in Dora is seeking to recruit a Technical Engineer.Main Duties:

Responsible for the implementation and after sales support for all Malia Tec Business Digital Solutions (Queue Management, Digital Screens and Digital Signage...).
Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures.
Handle duties and responsibilities.
Provide technical support
Implement Malia Tec digital solutions related to software/hardware installations and other related applications.
Support all customers regarding technical questions and product features.
Handle all technical repairs and upgrades for all products supported at the service center.
Possess deep technical knowledge of all products? features and specifications.
Seek opportunities to increase and deepen client?s satisfaction and relationships.
Identify opportunities and solutions for quality improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
Build and maintain a distinguished relationship with customer?s key employees.
Stay informed about the latest technological trends and directions.
Handle all reporting transactions.
Keep the Technical Manager proactively informed about the product?s performance, issues, and opportunities.
Submit to the Technical Manager daily reports on implementation, support status following visits, and phone support.
