Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in KSA. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organization effectively navigates change initiatives while minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and practical implementation skills to drive successful change management processes.Responsibilities:
