Job Purpose Responsible for the implementation and after sales support for all MaliaTec mobility solutionsDuties And Responsibilities 1- Implement MaliaTec mobility solutions related to software/hardware installations and related applications2- Support all customers regarding technical questions and product features3- Handle all technical repairs and upgrades for all products supported at the service center4- Possess deep technical knowledge of all products features and specifications5- Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships6- Identify opportunities for solutions quality improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change7- Build and maintain a distinguished relationship with customers? key employees8- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and directions9- Keep Technical Manager proactively informed regarding products? performance and other problems and opportunities10- Submit to Technical Manager daily report on implementation or support status following visits or phone support
