A reputable company located in Dora is seeking to recruit a Talent Recruiter.Main Duties:

Consult with Managers to understand assigned position requirements and specific job objectives vs needs.
Draft respective Job descriptions as per the set standard.
Conduct interviews, shortlist qualified candidates and reference check positive ones.
Ensure optimized recruitment process at all time.
Meet with hiring managers to ensure on-boarding objectives are set before the start of the new employee.
Organize, schedule and conduct on-boarding sessions.
Provide needed support during the whole ONB period, assess needs and act proactively.
Suggest internal moves when possible based on job vacancies v/s required competencies.
Build social media plan and ensure proper implementation to enhance employer branding. Respond to inquiries, comments and raised complaints.
Actively participate in the organization and execution of Group Initiatives/events.
