A reputable shop located inLebanon is seeking to recruit a Shop Manager. Main Duties:

Manage sales operations and monitor sales associate in store.
Supervise personnel and give recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
Prepare purchase requisitions and related paperwork including annual budgets and accounts payable.
Monitor expenditures and revenues.
Make periodic scheduled and ad hoc reports of store activity.
Manage daily activities and overall store operations.
Deal with suppliers.
Provide excellent customer service.
Oversee price and stock control.
Motivate and lead employees by sharing organization?s objectives and goals.
