A reputable company located in Zouk Mosbeh is seeking to recruit a Service Advisor.Main Duties:

Greet customers and schedule service appointments in coordination with Garage Admin/Manager.
Perform 1st diagnosis (if needed) based on customer description and vehicle condition.
Create product and/or service task orders, as well as descriptions of faults and desired repairs and/or problems as requested.
Explain the services/repairs required to the customer, time-to-complete, and agreed upon cost.
Complete the work card with all necessary information (client name, phone number, plate number, etc.).
Send request for transfer of products needed.
Explain required services/repairs to Garage Admin/Manager and get estimated time for completion.
Ensure necessary parts are requested and received from suppliers on time.
Perform sales activities including cross-selling and up-selling.
Follow up on the repair?s status and time-to-complete.
Complete invoicing and handoff to cashier for payment.
Document and resolve customer?s concerns, comments, and complaints for each visit.
Communicate with the Contact Center about customer service comments and requests that are not able to be delivered successfully.
Establish a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship with business partners.
Maintain a clean and well-organized showroom.
Monitor and maintain showroom inventory.
Ensure all customers are welcomed with hospitality.
Any other work necessary for the branch?s success.
