A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Senior Repair Technician.Main Duties:

Troubleshoot problems with inverters or batteries to identify the cause of breakdowns and malfunctions.
Diagnose and repair faulty inverters and other electronics components.
Delegate and direct service tasks, oversee the progress of current projects, and manage team members to ensure the teams objectives and goals are met.
Ensure that the equipment used in the repair center is safe, well-maintained, and working properly.
Maintain inventories of parts and supplies to ensure that they are available when needed for repair work, while managing expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance.
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Provide technical assistance with equipment operation.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and timely resolution of complex issues.
Plan and oversee all repair activities.
Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Use the company?s CRM to enter the relevant data.
