Join our team of dedicated, passionate, and creative people who are eager to change the IT industry forever.What you?ll be doing:+ ??Designing and building applications for Android devices on the Android platform+ Maintaining quality and ensuring responsiveness of applications+ Collaborating with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features+ Maintaining code integrity and organization+ Developing Android applications to connect to back-end services via RESTful APIsWe?re looking for:+ Experience on publishing one or more Android apps+ Experience in Java and Kotlin development+ Experience with REST APIs.+ Experience using standard libraries and APIs+ Solid understanding of the Android platform and design+ Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies(MVVM is a plus)+ Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills+ Curiosity about new technologies and how to implement them in your work+ Ability to oversee and drive projects forward+ Technical knowledge of security engineering, computer and network security, authentication, security protocols, and applied cryptography+ Familiarity with storing data using the Room persistence library and/or realm DB+ Familiarity with the fundamentals of testing android apps+ Experience with continuous integration and code versioning tools (GIT)+ Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningPreferred Qualifications:+ Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience+ 5+ years of Software Development & Design experience. + 3+ years? experience on the Android platform+ Experience developing in Java/Kotlin #LI-PD1Where you?ll be working/Location:JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the .
