Job Summary: The Restoring Family Links / Missing Field Officer contributes to the implementation of Restoring Family Links (RFL) and Missing activities, at the local level of his/her area of responsibility /Sub Delegation. This concerns the ICRC Lebanon?s Protection department?s response to the RFL needs of all persons separated by conflict, other situations of violence, and migration, and in particular the needs of Missing persons and their families because of the ongoing conflict in Syria since 2011 and the different conflicts which took place in Lebanon since 1975. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor?s degree in Social Sciences and the master?s degree is a plus, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experiences including 2 years of NGO experienceGeneral Description:The restoring family links officer collects tracing requests for missing persons in Syria, reviews previously collected cases and keeps regular contacts with families residing in Lebanon to provide or collect additional information in non-accompaniment project priority areasObjectives and Tasks:Objective 1:Case collection and individual follow up with families
