Quality Control Technician-BikfayaThis job targets an experienced and dedicated Quality Control Technician who will maintainquality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finishedproducts, and recording the results. Excellent communication and leadership skills are amust, as well as a keen attention to detail.Responsibilities:Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties may be assigned:? Release incoming materials by conducting a visual and laboratory measurementtest, and rejecting/putting on hold unacceptable materials? Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conductingvisual and laboratory measurement tests, and communicating the requiredadjustments to the production supervisor? Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conductingrequired tests? Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm rework? Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs? Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions andcalling for repairs.? Make sure all measurements equipments are calibrated? Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures andcomplying with company regulations? Participate in trials? Reporting
