Production Line Supervisor

A reputable company in the Food Production field located in Choueifat is seeking to recruit a Production Line Supervisor.Main Duties:

Monitor and control station leaders, operators and production support workers:
Review progress for those undergoing training in his/her section.
Monitor and adopt measures to correct violations and misbehavior.
Prepare the daily attendance and Production reports.
Monitor and control the production lines:
Ensure that all operations on assigned line start on time.
Check if SOP is being followed on assigned line.
Inform the Production Supervisor if materials needed.
Ensure proper housekeeping is strictly implemented.
Check if materials needed for proper housekeeping are available.
Coordinate with other departments if additional jobs are needed to improve housekeeping.
Inspect, and report defective equipment to Engineering Manager at the same time relaying information to Production Supervisor and provide detailed information on problem observed to assist the Engineering Section in tackling said problem.
Check all reports from assigned stations and/or line.
Administer necessary disciplinary actions when and as required and as approved by the Production Manager.
Recommend promotions, training, development, disciplinary actions, and terminations for direct reportees.
Ensure all workers adhere to Company standards with regards to hygiene and food safety.
Ensure that all equipment, clothing, outfits, etc. needed by subordinates are available for their well-being or safety.
