The Procurement Associate provides support for the execution of procurement processes for goods and/or services under the Regional Hub/RBLAC and other requesting units, implementing methodologies according to each requirement, complying with the Organizations Procurement Policies and Standards. Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Under the overall supervision of the Senior Health Procurement and Supply Chain Management Advisor, the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Specialist (PSM Specialist) shall play a key role in the thematic area of health products Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) in providing advisory support services to UNDP Country Offices (COs) implementing health and development programmes throughout the grant life cycle. The PSM Specialist promotes a collaborative, client-oriented approach consistent with UNDP rules and regulations, contributing to the country team approach and support to the integration of capacity building activities. The PSM Specialist will work in close coordination with COs, Regional Bureaus (including Hubs), Bureau of Management Services, Legal Office, Office of Audit and Investigations, Global Fund, GF/HIST and other health stakeholders (e.g., GAVI, GDF, WHO, UNICEF, WFP).
