(Operations Manager) DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES/PUBLIC WORKS CLOSING DATE: OPEN UNTIL FILLED PRIMARY DUTIES: This is mid-management level work involved with planning, analyzing, and coordinating the environmental operations and maintenance for the City of Lebanon?s wastewater collection system, treatment facility, and automated meter reading infrastructure. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s Degree in mechanical or environmental engineering or related field PLUS two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity Associate Degree in mechanical or environmental engineering or related field PLUS four (4) years of experience in water, wastewater, industrial, energy, or mechanical fields or comparable work [with two (2) years in a supervisory capacity] Or High school diploma or equivalency PLUS six (6) years? experience in water, wastewater, industrial, energy, or mechanical fields or comparable work [with two (2) years in a supervisory capacity] Or Ten (10) years of experience in a ?full-time position? with the City of Lebanon. SUBSTITUTION: The following certifications could be substituted for the ?Associate Degree? requirement: ? Level ?D? Wastewater Treatment; Drinking Water Distribution and Treatment SALARY INFORMATION: Placement within range depends on experience, education, and training. POSITION/CATEGORY: REGULAR - FULL-TIME LEVEL OF PAY: L12 LEVEL OF PAY RANGE: $26.13 - $41.66 CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Pre-employment Drug Testing and Background Check.
