This job targets experienced engineer in managing maintenance department. He isresponsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations as per thecompany?s systems.Responsibilities:Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties may be assigned:? Allocate workload, supervise & coach maintenance team? Plan and oversee all preventive & corrective maintenance interventions, CleanInspect Lubricate system and installation activities? Manage relationships with contractors and service provider. Prepare Terms ofReference and execute proper reception of works? Monitor equipment inventory thru proper spare parts management system andplace orders when necessary? Maintain maintenance logs and report on activities? Conduct data analysis for proactive management and continuous improvement? Ensure health and safety policies are complied with? Ensure compliance with company?s systems? Create a training program for the mechanics and the electricians to keep theminformed about the machines.? Direct and supervise the renovation and major overhaul jobs done on machinesof the production lines.? Prepare the Maintenance Budget plan for the coming year and discuss it with themanager for approval
