Allocate workload, supervise & coach maintenance team
Plan and oversee all preventive & corrective maintenance interventions, Clean Inspect Lubricate system and installation activities
Manage relationships with contractors and service provider. Prepare Terms of Reference and execute proper reception of works
Monitor equipment inventory thru proper spare parts management system and place orders when necessary
Maintain maintenance logs and report on activities
Conduct data analysis for proactive management and continuous improvement
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Ensure compliance with company?s systems
Create a training program for the mechanics and the electricians to keep them informed about the machines.
Direct and supervise the renovation and major overhaul jobs done on machines of the production lines.
Prepare the Maintenance Budget plan for the coming year and discuss it with the manager for approval.
