  • Support Country Senior Lawyer in all legal, compliance and transactional support to the business in dedicated major customer accounts in Saudi Arabia
  • Provide advice on corporate matters, court litigations and arbitration actions, including cases of threatened legal action or proposal to take legal action, involving the Company legal entities in Saudi Arabia
As part of our team, you will:
  • Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts and provide a risk assessment on contract triggers.
  • Support Country Counsel in coordinatingwith all functions in identifying, developing, and implementing improvements in response to legal requirements, legislation changes and company policy requirements.
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of deals and agreements with customers, resellers, and other business partners
  • Perform proactive risk assessment to identify business processes in the country which may represent a risk for the company, with an emphasis on financial, business controls and efficient business processes
  • Provide legal training and education to business colleagues on Nokia policies, commercial law, compliance and other relevant legal matters for the sub-region and company
Your skills and experience You have:
  • Degree in Law
  • 2 - 5 years PQE
  • Excellent English and Arabic drafting and communication skills
  • Excellent academic record and working references / credentials
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Experience of working in a multi-national or regional company legal department
  • Experience in the Telecom and ICT industry.
  • Very strong individual contributor
  • Strong business relationship skills
