Job Description

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Software Development Team Leader who will Lead the design effort and develop the architecture of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Design innovative solutions for business problems. Work closely with business analysts and other software engineers to develop new modules and improve existing ones.Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related field
  • At least 7 years of Development experience
  • Experience in medical insurance industry is a plus
  • Experience with software source control and version control
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mastery of user interaction design skills
  • Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
