FOC DESIGN is currently recruiting Interior Designers, with an experience in corporate interiors. There is growth potential within the company for the right candidates.The role will be to assist Principal?s and other Project managers to deliver projects with high quality design outcomes for our clients. As the successful candidate you will have experience working with a collaborative, creative and resourceful team. This position requires a strong all-rounder, with high level conceptual design skills supported by your extensive experience in residential and commercial workplace projects.Key Responsibilities:ú Lead bids and submissions for potential projects, competitions, and new clientsú Contribute to strategic business planning for Interior Design sectors (workplace specific)ú Lead interior design teams to develop concept designs through to practical completionú Prepare space planning, test fitting and schematic design schemes for commercial interior design projectsú Prepare design development presentations and documentationú Liaise with engineering services and specialist sub consultantsú Manage bid/tender documentation package including drawings, schedules and specificationsú Manage construction documentation package including drawings, schedules and specificationsú Must be able to be hands on with documentation as required.ú Contribute to the culture and development of the interior design team.
