We are committed to providing care, and compassionate support throughout a person?s life span, recognizing the importance of the accomplishment of personal goals and dreams, and supporting individuals in becoming valued members of their community.We are currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Full-Time Direct Support Professional in the Lebanon area.MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GEDPREFERRED EXPERIENCEOne year of experience in human services or related fieldKnowledge of and ability to work with individuals with Mental Health DiagnosesExcellent communication skills and organizational skills/detail-orientedDirect Care/In-Home Caregivers:Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.Many different shifts are available facility operates 24/7.Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 full time or $250 Part-time.Unlimited $1,000.00 Referral BONUSES $1,000, refer your friends (ask for details).We offer our team members DailyPay!
