KHOUBOURAT HR Program is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Specialist.Main Duties:

Screen resumes and job applications for different industries and levels to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Conduct job interviews for the premium talent acquisition program and shortlist candidates.
Follow up with candidates and employers throughout the hiring process.
Host and participate in job fairs.
Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepare the recruitment dashboards, and follow up on recruitment best practices.
Assist in the process of designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
Assist in the employability skills consultation for entry and mid-level specifically resume writing, profile optimization, and interview preparations.
Any other tasks as requested by the manager.
