General Services Team Leader * Provide day to day repairs meeting service requirements * Maintain, service, and repair on general works such as tiling, wood works, changing handles, painting, etc. * Prepare the shifts for the General Services team attendance and inform the concerned parties * Ensure that the General Services team has all the necessary material and tools to perform the required tasks; coordinate with the store keeper for missing material and order missing items * Coordinate with Control Room for the corrective maintenance required; distribute requests received from Control Room to team members according to their shifts and availability * Perform troubleshooting, corrective maintenance tasks such as plastering, painting, tiling, threshold fixing, etc. * Prepare list for preventive maintenance, and ensure that the maintenance is performed according to established schedule * Provide the Technical Manager with a report highlighting daily activities and outstanding issues if any * Direct, maintain and enforce the safety program on all technicians * Assist in the electro-mechanical projects in terms of procurement, coordination and supervision * Coordinate with the Maintenance Service Providers and supervise works as needed * Review and check the General Services drawings related to tenants in an accurate and timely manner * Control and supervise the work of the team * Respond to any emergency, and allocate team members accordingly * Abide and implement the Technical policies and procedures and ensure rules are respected at all times * Notify Control Room Team Leader of all completed requests * Master the CAFM system mobility solution and train the team members on efficient and correct usage * Ensure that all critical spare parts related to its trade are always available in the storeroom for emergenciesTeam Supervision* Supervise the Control Room team, provide continuous guidance and support to maintain a high level of motivation and productivity * Conduct regular performance reviews, coordinate with the direct manager to identify training needs and follow up on development plans * Coach the team, develop the capabilities and evaluate performance for a solid succession plan * Plan and monitor the weekly team schedule while ensuring a full coverage and share it with the concerned partiesStakeholders Relationship* Establish solid relationships with tenants and ensure continuous communication and coordination for optimal achievements * Maintain strong relationships with different departments such as Leasing & Operations, Retail, etc. and ensure constant coordination for successful initiatives * Strengthen relations with key external parties to ensure constant coordination for better successful resultsOthers* Stay up-to-date with the latest development and best practices in the Technical field and implement the newest techniques Perform other job-related duties as assigned
