The Ranch is an agritourism resort and equestrian club in Kfar Hazir, Al Koura - part of the Koura Valley in North Lebanon. The Ranch is a getaway destination for those wanting to escape the busy city and traffic and enjoy time in tranquility with nature. We offer a 10-room hotel with a large restaurant hall and terrace, large organic garden experience, horseback riding, among many other activities.We are looking for an energetic and creative person to manage the club and handle the business development activities.?Responsibilities include;Manage the hotel bookingsInteract with guests and do guest tours.Develops, maintains and administers a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessary.Oversees the care and maintenance of all the club?s physical assets and facilities.Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the club to assure that cleanliness, safety andother standards are consistently attained.Manage budgets/expenses, and monitor sales and profits.Assists marketing manager with social media, marketing and promotionsBusiness development - manage and grow events (parties,corporate events, weddings).Optimize occupancy rates, ADR and RevPar.This role will report to the General Manager/Owner. Experience in hotel management preferred. Degree in Hospitality.
