A reputable company located inLebanon is seeking to recruit a Factory Supervisor.Main Duties:

Supervise processing schedules and production orders considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
Receive purchased shipments and verify quantity and quality standards are met.
Supervise the loading and dispatch of orders and containers to make sure it reaches customers safely and accurately.
Manage and lead the production, packaging, warehousing & maintenance supervisors.
Decide on requirements needed to meet quality standards and file periodical report to management.
Lead staffing activities by making sure the factory?s team is well selected and trained with the support of HR department.
Meet Safety standards in accordance with governmental and ISO requirements.
Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or operational problems.
Prepare and maintain production reports or staff attendance records.
Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
Insert the correct data on ERP.
Prepare and organize all data, forms and processes conforming to ISO certification.
