Job Description

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a DevOps Developer to deploy product updates, identify production issues and implement integrations that meet customer needs. He/ She will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Continuously deploy new features requested by customers
  • Apply updates patches, and fixes on the different environments
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve deployment experience
  • When needed develop software tools to integrate with internal back-end systems or other external systems
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues; perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Is aware of and participates in defining the Release lifecycle process.
Qualifications
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
  • Good Programing skills
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Team spirit
