Job Description

Role Summary: This position is to manage a team of Customer Service Agents through their daily tasks as described below.The main objective of the customer service supervisor is to work closely with customers and ensure that they are satisfied with the services they received from the team and promote the latest versions of our eBooks, Courseware, Library and other productsThe goal of this role is to focus on?customer?loyalty and build close long-term?client?relationshipsResponsibilities:

  1. Build long-term?client?relationships
  2. Manage a team of Customer Success Agents to review the Booklists (Master Sheets) and convert it to excel sheet; Control and Monitor Cost, Gross Profit & Sales Price per Item
  3. Review and Control the eBook Prices to compete in the market
  4. Manage and ensure that the team build a strong relations with Partner Technical Solutions & are capable of Deep diving into Partner Solutions
  5. Coach and train the team to know how to deal with the Universities and present them alternative books if the requested book is not available in our Library
  6. Review and approve the orders for the required books along with the necessary coding and prices
  7. Present Demos about eBook Reader Platform (Book Shelf) to Universities
  8. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with decision makers (Teachers, Instructors and HOD) at various customer level and identify customer needs
  9. Maintain a high level technical understanding of the company and competitive solutions
  10. Communicate regularly with colleagues, executives, and others involved in sales processes
  11. Present Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports to Management
  12. Ensure that the client database is always accurate and updated
  13. Partner with Sales team to develop and deliver effective institutional solutions based on customer needs assessment
