  • Handleescalations.Address and resolve customer complaints by providing alternative solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries to deal with daily issues.
  • Explain new work policies, rules, and procedures to the team members.
  • Conduct training and coach the departments employees on the best practices.
  • Participatein employees onboarding and offboarding.
  • Recommendservices improvementsby collecting information and analyzing customers feedback.
