A reputable Company located in Saida is seeking to recruit a Chief Accountant.Main Duties:

Manage all the daily operations by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes, in order to achieve best performance standards and meet targets.
Supervise all accounting transactions including general ledgers, accounts receivables, account payables, depreciation, cost, property, and expenses to ensure proper accounting entries.
Validate and update on the system the credit limit assigned to clients in coordination with the collection specialist.
Handle monthly and yearly closing accounting activities.
Review monthly inventory reports, as well as annual inventory reports to monitor the stock, correct any differences, and issue cost of items.
Review monthly salaries with the HR department, by verifying no errors in entries, advising of correct income tax, NSSF deductions, and family allowances to be paid to ensure no errors occur in the payments of salaries in order to preserve the employees rights.
Prepare and analyze all financial reports and statements on timely basis such as P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, and Inventories.
Coordinate with the financial controller the cash flow projections to determine the optimum use of funds relative to the business needs.
