Job Description

We are looking for a Business Strategy Associate to join our Strategy team. The Business Strategy Associate will help design Toters strategy based on financial analysis to grow our business and achieve our targets. They will work with all teams and functions to design and help execute key strategic projects.The role requires playing the role of an internal strategy consultant. We are looking for a critical thinker to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive our business decisions, problem solving and lead key strategic projects.You will be working in the Strategy team, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, with significant exposure to the Leadership Team. You will work closely with the local functional teams (commercial, operations, marketing, etc.) as well as Finance and Product teams.Responsibilities

  • Work on the planning of different elements of the business strategy, including quarterly and annual planning.
  • Conduct financial analysis to inform our strategic initiatives.
  • Drive both the qualitative and quantitative analysis to help design and execute the strategic initiatives.
  • Understanding and influencing the underlying drivers of performance to help drive the top and bottom line.
  • Own end-to-end projects from design all the way through to implementation and work towards our long-term success.
  • Draft and design board presentation materials.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the Chief Strategy Officer with the quarterly and annual reforecasting / budgeting process as well as ongoing KPI tracking/pacing.
  • Track performance and produce analytical reports for management review.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relative work experience, preferable in strategy consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with financial statements, specifically profit and loss statements.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience of managing complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of execution capability.
