As theAMESA/APAC Sector Brand Protection Associate Analystfor the Global Digital Connections Team, the role offers the right candidate the unique opportunity to drive, influence and transform how PepsiCo?s digital brand presence is both enabled and safeguarded in the AMESA/APAC Sector, while forging new, enterprise-wide relationships with IT and Business professionals. Immersion in PepsiCo?s digital technology marketing space will challenge the candidate to help identify and seek opportunities to link new technologies to solve business problems, enable business productivity and drive overall business value. The Associate Analyst role work directly with product owners, product managers, marketing/agencies, legal and IT to understand requirements and assist with driving digital program development. This may include working with different SMEs or projects to align requirements and drive productivity.Responsibilities:* Foster, build and maintain, critical business relationships across IT and Business Teams, both Sector and Global. Drive Sector website, Mobile Application and Social Media governance, IT Security and legal compliance and reporting * Assist in identifying new innovative digital technology strategies, while driving current processes and technologies which safeguard our digital brands, grow business results and uncover potentially new and exciting areas to drive value. * Help link technology solutions to solve business problems. Assist the team to provide and promote metrics to scorecard and communicate governance metrics * Drive process consistency, extract cost savings and promote overall digital stability globally * Provide incident response assistance and if necessary, provide clear, business centric communication to Business PartnersWeb, Mobile and Social Media Enablement and Governance:* Certify for production and periodically audit, Sector Marketing websites, mobile applications and social accounts * Partner with colleagues to enable full functionality and seamless use of PepsiCos Global Social Media governance solution (Khoros/Sprinklr), credential management (Dashlane) and Brand Protection SaaS (ZeroFox), in order to support, enable and deliver initiatives (e.g. new solutions, platform/program transitions) * Review missing items and rectify with the Business Team and where applicable, WSP or the Development Agency * Conduct quarterly audit on websites and social media accounts to surface what can be decommissioned * Monitor and remove account access as warranted * Help onboard any websites outside of the company hosting environment * Produce high level KPI reports for the digital channels to IT and Brand Teams #LI-MENAFOBO*Qualifications/Requirements*Required Skills:* 2 - 3 Years of experience working to positively influence and foster professional relationships * 2 - 3 Years of PepsiCo or similar, IT and Digital Media or Marketing experience * 2 - 3 Years of Incident Management and issue resolution experience * Experience of end-user support & training * Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, distilling, and summarizing business requirementsPreferred Skills:* Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills, unafraid to influence internal and external stakeholders * Experience in communicating analytical findings in a simple way * Broad understanding of Business and IT functions in the CPG industry and processes along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Ability to listen, build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit or function, as well as with leadership and functional teams * Able to communicate technical or complex subject matter to leaders in business terms * Highly self-motivated individual, with a track record of driving competing & conflicting priorities * Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, distilling and summarizing Business requirements * Strategic thinker focused on business value results that utilize technical solutions * Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively use governance for a positive business partner experience * Skilled at crafting business requirements documents, use cases, user acceptance test plans, process flow and data flow diagrams This is an exciting project to drive leading digital solutions across the largest CPG organization in the world along with their key partners - able to communicate technical or complex subject matter to leaders in business terms is a must.Relocation Eligible:Not ApplicableJob Type:Regular Anonymized data is stored for redirects to the career site tracking successful searches leading to job applications in effort to measure effectiveness of partners in sourcing job candidates and job searches.
