Join us!Position:Assistant Store Manager- LebanonLocation:Lebanon, OHJob Id:11640# of Openings:1Store Assistant ManagerSummaryAssist store manager in managing retail store effectively to achieve sales goals and manage expense budget.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Assist store manager with managing budgeted sales and expense to revenue (E/R). * Demonstrate the ability to effectively perform the duties of opening and closing the store as needed. * Trains and supervises store employees in retail procedures. * Display and model excellent customer service. * Performs stocking, display, and inventory duties. * Enforces retail sales and donation policy and procedures according to the retail procedures manual. * Must work a flexible schedule to comply with the needs of the store. * Other duties as assigned.Supervisory RequirementsDirect supervision of employees and volunteers in absence of Store Manager.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * Experience in retail operations preferred but not required. * Must maintain the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.QualificationsMust maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.The above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions subject to reasonable accommodation.
