Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be familiar with common accounting software. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for executing daily entries, bank reconciliation, managing taxation processes, including VAT, ensuring compliance with reporting to NSSF, and handling payroll tax preparation and submissions. You will also be responsible for end-of-month salary schedule preparation and end-of-month control and reconciliation for suppliers and clients.Responsibilities:

  1. Execute daily entries.
  2. Perform bank reconciliation.
  3. Manage taxation processes, including VAT.
  4. Ensure compliance with reporting to NSSF.
  5. Handle payroll tax preparation and submissions.
  6. Prepare end-of-month salary schedules.
  7. Perform end-of-month control and reconciliation for suppliers and clients.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
  2. Familiarity with common accounting software.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Knowledge of Lebanese accounting regulations and standards is a plus.
  8. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  9. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
