Middle East and North Africa / Consultant - Local Search for Common Ground (Search) is seeking a venue outside of Beirut , in Mount Lebanon , South , North and Bekaa governorates.1. Goal and Objectives of Assignment+ Search for Common Ground (Search) is seeking a venue outside of Beirut , in Mount Lebanon , South , North and Bekaa governorates to conduct their staff retreat , including accommodations and meeting room with breakfast, lunch, Dinner and coffee breaks. The venue must also have space and facilities for outdoor team and interactive activities.2. Geographic Locations+ Bekaa , South , North and Mount Lebanon3. Ethical Considerations+ The contracted party shall take into consideration all factors to ensure that the work is done in a conflict sensitive manner and that no harm is done while implementing the activity. This includes social, security, safety, environmental, economic, and gender-related factors.4. Timeline+ Search Participants shall check in the 28th of June 2022 and check out the 1st of July 20225. Requirements of Venue and accommodation :+ Meeting room area minimum 250sqm + Dining room area minimum 250sqm+ Both areas to be daylighted and not underground+ Have available capacity of Single rooms and Double rooms to accommodate at least 30 people .+ Diversity of cuisine is a must as some participants are vegan , gluten free , vegetarian and lactose intolerant .How to apply+ To apply, interested hotels are requested to submit the following documents: + Hotel business and tax (TVA) registration documents+ ID of the owner or GM+ Hotel bank account details (for an LBP account and Fresh USD account)Please consolidate and upload all the above documents to Company Profile+ Financial Proposal pricingthe booking sheet shared on Daleel Madanis website, reflecting the rates of: + single room accommodation including breakfast+ Double Room accommodation including breakfast+ lunch and 2 coffee breaks + dinner rate Prices should be TTC in Fresh USD Note: Please note that applications missing any of the above requirements will not be considered as a candidate for the project.
