Job Description

The Tier 3 Windows Administrator is responsible for the consulting customers and remediating customer issues for our Premier Support Group. The member of this group will serve as the final escalation point for any technical issues relevant to on-premise Microsoft servers and select M365 services.On Demand Activities:

  • Advise customers on best practices for integrations, migrations, and decommissioning of equipment and services for Windows Server and M365.
  • Remediate issues escalated by the customer for various systems and services such as on-premise Active Directory, DHCP, Exchange DAG clusters,
