StorekeeperJob Location : KuwaitMain Duties and Responsibilities :•Forwards the requirements of end users; receives, always distributes and maintains adequate quantities of stocks.•Stocks supply help maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.•Knows well the specifications about any materials, supplies or medicines that need to be ordered in advance.•Checks incoming material for quality and quantity against invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, or other documents.•Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.•Performs physical inventories periodically.•Receives, unpacks, and stores general or specialized goods and supplies.•Keeps and updates records of goods received and issues.•Compiles report on expenditures.•Take proper care while storing consumables.•Dispose of expired and wasted stock according to current procedures.•Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.•Ensure safety standards (occupational and patient safety).•Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed.•Provides or promotes peoples centered care.•Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs.Qualifications, Competences and Skills :•Education: Preferably bachelors degree•Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.•Licensure: Not Applicable•Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages•Computer Proficiency: Basics Of Microsoft Office
