Position: Service CoordinatorQty: 1Qualification & Experience:- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role- Degree preferred (Engineering or relevant discipline)Roles & Responsibilities:- Act as site representative and manage all services as per contract- Coordinate with Company departments and Superintendent- Arrange resources (equipment, tools, manpower, materials)- Handle normal & emergency call-outs- Manage entry passes, timesheets, invoices, and coordination matters- Handle staff-related activities (visa, work permit, civil ID, leave, salary, overtime)- Ensure uninterrupted services and equipment maintenance- Coordinate non-core equipment supply and timely delivery- Prepare and submit required documents
