Handle all Real Estate and Investments while ensuring that the implementation of all related activities is in line with the companys policies, procedures and standards to achieve the overall strategic Business Objectives.
Monitor the Real Estate and Investments Department?s performance and take necessary measures to ensure that the Real Estate and Investments Department business objectives and financial goals are met through optimal utilization of company?s resources.
Support the Real Estate and Investments team in analyzing Feasibility Studies activities to ensure Market Research, Market analysis and Financial analysis activities are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and provide valid and applicable recommendations to the direct management regarding the same.
Ensure that Property Management activities are implemented in line with the companys strategic direction to ensure that all vacant apartments and buildings (for the company and Third parties) are filled and that tenants? satisfaction is maximized at all times.
Ensure timely implementation of all maintenance activities and coordination with maintenance subcontractors in line with companys standards, to avoid any grievance from current tenants.
Help to read the Real Estate and Investments Department?s operating results on regular basis to ensure the achievement of the short term and long-term objectives in addition to following-up on the same to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
Monitor and identify the companys operational Risk, review the same with the direct management and implement appropriate systems to manage and minimize these risks.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Generate regular and special reports for the Direct Manager that summarize and forecast Real Estate and Investments Department?s activities and financial position and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
