Job Description

The marketing manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and implementingcomprehensive marketing strategies that encompass all aspects of marketing, includingdigital, traditional, and experiential marketing. They are responsible for managing the entiremarketing process, from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis, with a focus ondriving business growth and brand awareness. The role requires a deep understanding ofmarket dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop effectivemarketing campaigns and initiatives.Key Duties & Responsibilities1He/ She will work closely with the work team According to company strategy to identifymarkets and understand trends and customer preferences, develops a marketing plan toimplement marketing strategy to target audiences, campaign-specific tactics, budget, andgoals for reaching prospective consumers and turning them into customers of SH HoldingProducts, aligning with the overall strategic company goals.2Establish and identify a brand guidebook for SH Holding. Develop a brand vision andmarketing communications strategies for your brand focused on building brand awarenessand equity, as well as driving sales through various ordering channels.3Strategic Planning:? Understand, develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the alldivisions of SH Holding overall objectives and target market segments. This includesdefining marketing objectives, target audience, positioning, and messaging.? Should be able to think strategically and understand how marketing fits into the biggerpicture of a company?s operations.4Campaign Management:? Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital,social media, email, print, and events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance tooptimize results and ROI.5Brand Management:? Manage, develop and enhance the company?s brand identity and positioning in themarket that sets a company apart from competitors.? Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.? Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.6Market Research:? Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, andcompetitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.? Target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demandand leads.? Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.? Evaluates emerging technologies.7 Creative Development:? Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies if necessary to develop creativeassets, including advertising, branding, and promotional materials.? Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience acrossDocumentNumber HRD - JD - 0001multiple channels and customer touchpoints.8Digital Marketing:Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, SEO, SEM, and emailmarketing. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices.9Budget Management:? Manage marketing budgets for all marketing activities within the organization,including planning, allocation, and tracking of expenses. Ensure effective use ofresources to achieve marketing objectives.10Team Leadership:? Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support,and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.? Oversee and create marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevanttasks essential to help the sales team convert more prospects.11Stakeholder Engagement:? Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations,Finance and senior management, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies withbusiness goals.? Work collaboratively with top management and across sales to maximize resources.12Performance Analysis:? Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates,and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketingstrategies and tactics.? Analyses and report on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.? Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns andassesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).13 Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Authority? Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire SH HoldingGroup in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
