Key Responsibilities:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Implementation & Optimization:•Lead the implementation and customization of (D365 F&O) to streamline end to end business processes.•Configure and maintain system parameters, workflows, and business processes within the D365 F&O Supply Chain Management suite.•Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper data migration, integration, and customization in alignment with business objectives.•Provide training, guidance, and support to key users and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.•Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and updates to D365 FO modules.•Lead functional workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the client’s expectations.•Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth operation of the supply chain processes post-go-live.•Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in D365 FO and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.•Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and configure Dynamics solutions that improve efficiency.
