Front Office ReceptionistJob Location : KuwaitKey Responsibilities:•Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.•Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.•Maintain guest records and process payments.•Coordinate with other departments.•Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.Qualifications:•1-2 years of experience using the Opera PMS system.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.•Arabic Speaker.
