Job Description

The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the concierge department. They will ensure that all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service at all times. The Concierge Supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising the concierge team, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the local area and able to assist guests with various needs and recommendations. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized concierge desk and lobby area.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the concierge team, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the local area and able to provide excellent customer service
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and lobby area
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, dining options, transportation, and other services
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, escalating as necessary
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking appropriate action to address any issues or areas for improvement
  • Assist with the development and implementation of concierge policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with local events and attractions to provide timely and accurate information to guests
Preferred Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
