The key objective of the role is to build and customize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, and PowerApps including API Integrations, plugins, and components, to support Company?s operational efficiency and productivity. The position consists of researching, designing, developing, and testing application and integrated systems, as well as coordinating with internal end-users to establish functional and technical requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Execute the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems integrations (incl. POS, 3rd Party Vendors, applications, software, and websites) in addition to administering the data entry and configurations as per company requirements and processes.2. Develop, validate, and execute components, functions, plugins, workflow, integration using relevant programming languages.3. Support and coordinate Company?s Departments functional and system requirements for the planning and implementation of new and existing platforms and systems including supporting their formulation of updated processes.4. Support systems and platforms projects and initiatives as well as coordinate with partners and vendors for related technical and systems requirements5. Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms including maintaining and updating the ERP, applications and system integrations.6. Monitor systems performance and conduct systems testing to analyze, identify and resolve technical problems through upgrading, configuring, and debugging.7. Responsible for developing and maintaining the documentation of related platforms and systems
